Lip Filler Cost in Korea: How to Compare Brands, Amounts, and Inclusions

Lip filler options from clinics on K-Beauty Station include Neuramis 1cc at ₩109,000 and Restylane Kysse 1cc at ₩350,000. The displayed price difference is ₩241,000. For a cost comparison, match the product, amount and treatment area, then compare totals including VAT and extra fees.

For lip volume or outline alone, start with a standalone quote. For lip corners too, compare the extra cost of the package. If you cannot return during your trip, prioritise the first-visit total and a contact plan after leaving Korea over a free touch-up.

How much does lip filler cost in Korea?

We have brought together two lip filler options from our partner clinics in Seoul. Both specify 1cc, but use different products. The table also shows whether VAT is included.

Lip filler optionAmountPriceVAT
Lip filler with Neuramis1cc₩109,000Included
Lip-only Restylane Kysse1cc₩350,000Not specified

Prices from our partner clinics as of September 22, 2026. Prices and packages may change, so confirm the final amount, including VAT and any additional fees, when booking.

The Neuramis offer is ₩241,000 cheaper at the displayed price. Choosing Restylane Kysse adds that amount before accounting for any differences in tax or extras. VAT for the Kysse offer and additional fees for both offers still need to be established. The price gap does not establish a difference in results or duration.

Choose the actual lip option before comparing prices. For example, one of our filler menus starts at ₩89,000, while its lip-only Kysse 1cc option costs ₩350,000. The lower headline price is not the price of that lip option.

Why can two 1cc lip filler quotes cost different amounts?

1cc equals 1mL. It describes volume, not a particular product or a complete treatment package. Matching the amount is the first step; next, match the full product name and what the appointment includes.

“Restylane,” for example, is less specific than “Restylane Kysse.” Ask for the product name the clinic plans to use, whether the quote covers your intended lip treatment, and whether it includes work on the corners of the mouth. A lip-only price and a combined treatment price cover different plans even if both mention 1cc.

For the same product, amount, area and included services, the lower final total is the better price. If the products differ, get an explanation of which product the extra money buys and why it is proposed for your goal. “Imported” or “premium” alone is not a reason to pay more. Your treating doctor assesses the appropriate product and amount for you.

Which quote fits what you want to change?

For lip volume or outline alone, start with a lip-only quote. If the mouth corners or previous filler are part of your concern, request a quote that addresses those separately so you can see what changes the cost.

Compare the final price, including any extra fees

The lower starting price can produce the higher bill. Add confirmed extras and VAT before deciding which quote costs less.

Here is a calculation example, not an actual clinic offer. Assume the same product, amount, treatment and services. Quote A includes VAT and numbing. Quote B excludes 10% VAT and charges an additional ₩22,000 for numbing, including any tax on that fee.

CostQuote AQuote B
Treatment price₩200,000, VAT included₩180,000, VAT excluded
VAT added to treatment₩0₩18,000
Additional numbing charge₩0, included above₩22,000
Final total₩200,000₩220,000

Quote A costs ₩20,000 less, although Quote B starts ₩20,000 lower. Apply this calculation only to the fees and tax conditions actually given in your quote. An unspecified VAT policy is not a reason to add or subtract tax yourself.

Before paying, get one total covering the agreed product, amount and treatment area. Ask whether consultation, numbing, prescribed medication, language support and follow-up carry separate fees. If you have already paid a deposit, confirm that it is credited toward that total. Request a revised total if the treatment plan changes at consultation.

Is a touch-up included, and can you use it during your trip?

A free touch-up offers a budget benefit when you can actually return within its terms. Separate a review appointment from additional filler injections. If only the review is free, extra injections may carry a charge. Request the additional amount, fee, deadline and eligible branch in your quote.

If you can return, match the clinic's terms with the doctor's recommended review timing. If you cannot, prioritise a clear first-visit total and instructions for contacting the clinic after you leave Korea. A free return service you cannot use should not determine your choice.

Allow room in your plans for recovery. Swelling and bruising can occur after filler injections, and recovery varies. Ask about your travel and event dates before booking. Rare complications can be serious: unusual pain, vision changes or white, grey or blue skin near the injection site require immediate medical attention.

What should you ask before requesting a quote?

Send your preferred change, any previous filler treatment and your travel dates with your price enquiry. You can adapt this message:

I am visiting Seoul from [date] to [date] and would like [the change you want]. I have [no previous lip filler / previous filler, with the product and date if known]. Could you confirm the proposed product, amount and treatment area, and the final price including VAT and any separate fees? Please quote lip-corner treatment separately if relevant. What do review appointments and touch-ups include, when would I need to return, and how can I contact you after leaving Korea?

Explore our filler options on K-Beauty Station, which include lips and other treatment areas. Select a lip option, then request the full quote for the plan discussed with the clinic.

Frequently asked questions

Is 0.5cc half the price of 1cc?

Use the actual selling price of the 0.5cc option. Half of the 1cc price does not automatically apply.

Does a lip filler price include the corners of the mouth?

Only if the quote specifies it. Ask for the exact treatment and any additional charge for the corners; do not assume that “lip filler” includes every nearby area.

Does a more expensive filler last longer?

Price alone cannot answer that. Ask about the expected duration of the exact product and treatment proposed, rather than treating “imported” or “premium” as a promise of longer-lasting results.

Is dissolving existing filler the same as a touch-up?

No. A touch-up may add filler or review the result; dissolving is a different procedure. If correction is your goal, ask whether removal is appropriate and request its cost separately. Removal also has risks and should not be treated as a guaranteed, simple undo button.
